Saved our BUTT in a major way by getting out Explorer changed to 9 instead of 10 with less than 10 minutes till we have to do an on-line e-Auction for a book of business worth half a million dollars. We only realized the mistake at 10:00 and we had till 10:30 to fix it or we were toast because we couldn't bid.
